How does it work? It's easy. You don't need any special equipment - just a regular telephone. All you need to do is print off your workbook and dial in at the appointed hour. It really is that simple.

How much does the conference call cost? Don't worry - it's not a premium rate number. And we've shopped around to find the cheapest teleconference provider. The call is 10p per minute, or £6 for the session, which is peanuts compared to the value of the information you'll receive. If you were attending a seminar in person, you'd probably pay more just for parking!

Why is the price so low? Two reasons. Firstly, we don't have any of the usual overheads associated with hosting a seminar (conference rooms, catering, flights, etc.) Secondly, we have found that many people who try our tele-seminars will eventually buy other products and services. So rather than trying to make a big profit up front, we just want to reach as many people as possible.

How many people will be listening to the seminar? Usually we get about 25-50 delegates per session. However, everyone except the course leader is on mute for the duration of the seminar so there is no background noise.

Won't my ear get sore listening for 45 minutes? Most of our clients don't find this a problem. But just in case, we recommend that you (a) use a headset, or (b) use the 'hands free' feature on your telephone system.

Does this work in an open plan office? Absolutely! Of course, if you're concerned about being distracted or interrupted, we suggest you reserve one of your company's meeting rooms.

How does the Q & A session work? It's simple. Towards the end of the seminar, you will have the opportunity to ask questions. You just press 1 on your telephone keypad. This will unmute your line so that everyone can hear your question. Questions are answered in turn. If you're shy, you can ask questions by email instead!

What if I don't like it? That's fine - this medium doesn't suit everyone. But isn't it worth a try? After all, you can always get your money back.

Can I get a group discount? Yes! The price is £39 + VAT per person when you book 10 or more delegates on the same course.
