What does the consultation involve?

Be prepared for an intense but enjoyable 20-minutes.  

Mark will begin by asking you what you hope to gain from the session.  For instance, you may have specific questions or concerns that you'd like some advice about.

Next Mark will ask you a lot of thought provoking questions about your business.  The purpose is to understand your unique situation and the challenges you are currently facing.  Obviously any information you share is completely confidential.

Once he has a solid understanding of your situation, Mark will give you specific suggestions and recommendations that could help you to maximise your billings and/or business profits.

Toward the end of the conversation, Mark will highlight any of his products or programmes that he feels might be relevant for you.  However there is no obligation and no hard-sell.  If our services are not a good fit for your needs, he'll do his best to recommend other people and/or resources that might be more appropriate.

Mark explains: "Obviously I hope that at some stage you'll become a client.  But even if we decide not to work together, I'm confident you'll find the initial consultation worthwhile."
